Welcome to my manhole cover gallery.  The previous post is here.

This is featuring ‘hikeshi-bou’.  ‘Hikeshi-bou’ was used to dust off fire sparks by fire fighters in the Edo period (the 17th through mid-19th centuries).

It is fun to find nice manhole covers.  Please try it in Japan when you walk around the streets.
